What did you buy today? (Part 1)

Interesting. I only use Bluetooth when I’m on my bike to and from work or when I’m using the public transportation. In those scenarios I don’t want any wires going up or down my body at all, so the btr line-up never really made sense to me but in your case it makes sense. Thanks

Cause for some reason I don’t have a pair

Bought myself some fuses to test my Phonitor 2 and some Tin T2s to replace MR Zenith R1s.

Honestly, for 50 bucks the packaging on the Tin T2s is pretty spectacular, as well as the box.

Gonna test them with my iBasso DX200 and see how they sound.

They sound pretty good but may need some break in, the bass is a bit lite.

Wait Nvm, Bass just started to kick in, wow, fast break-in period.

Yeah they were a bit tinny in treble too, but they sound perfectly fine when listening to ELP-Tarkus, idk, maybe the mastering of Sabbath Bloody Sabbath I own is a bit weird.

tin with the exception of the t1 has always done packging so well makes a product feel more premium that it really is

Ikr, the blue box, case, thing, is a pretty good for storing them at my desk. idk, doesn’t seem as shoddy as just putting them in some random box, either way they sound pretty good, I mean, it’s just for me to have some music while I’m doing math in the computer lab, other than that, I have a home set up.

Absolutely great for the price though, better price to sound ratio than some other commercial offerings.

Also I just tested Every single transistor on the board, and on the power regulators NPN and PNP, the all seem to test perfectly, so idk wtf happened with the Phonitor, I might turn it on then since nothing seems wrong.

Whoops wrong chat.

So I went online and bought an Ikko OH10 and a Shozy Form 1.1 from Penon Audio while listening to my new Tri I3… IEM fever…

Just bought a Campfire Atlas for a good price, and picked up a 4.4 balanced cable to go with it

I am interest to see what you think of the Atlas. I have had the Campfire Orion for a while now and want to upgrade…

I own the Andromedas, and I do like them, but I think they can be a bit bright at times. These can too, but the bass is elevated so it’s less pronounced. I like V shaped sound signatures, and I like dynamic drivers, so I’m hoping they work out. I was planning on going a different route with my next purchase, but these were $700 new so I couldn’t pass them up
