I bought an ibasso DC01 (secound hand 25€) to make a cheap but good little setup with the blon Bl05 (cp100 + Yinyoo 2,5mm cable)

Everything together comes at 86€ looks cool and is a lot of fun!!

HD 559’s. For the price, they’re quite good. A tad dark sounding, but otherwise very smooth and inoffensive. They are VERY comfortable, but they are also VERY clampy out of the box. I prefer clampy headphones, but since they’re made of plastic fantastic, it feels a bit scary to “stretch” them open to wear them. They have a nice thumping bass which I like. I’m sure the 600/650’s are “technically” better, but I don’t deem them to be 3x times better (As they’re 3x more expensive).

Loctite Home and Office 2-ounce Pack Fun-tak Mounting Putty Tabs by Henkel Corporation https://www.amazon.com/dp/B018A3AG0W/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_WR7NSJEPJ1JM8CV4DXC8?psc=1
So found a new pack in the clearance section at Dollar General… ended up being $.10. Made out like a bandit.

Extremely happy with the 7hz Timeless.
Superb through my portable devices and quite stunning through my Topping EX5 and Xduoo MT-604 set-up.
Probably going to stop buying more IEMs now. Pretty much end game for my budget. I have to upgrade my main system, which will not be cheap.

I got these cool silicon isolator feet for the Frost, the SP200 and the new DA-9

The Frost took 1.2", SP200 and DA-9 got 1.0". This consisted of disconnecting each device, removing the old feet, fitting the new isolators and re-installing. I did this to get each device air and perhaps some environmental isolation. The net result is no change in overall sound, but everything can now breathe better, and it provides a more professional look to each piece. I’m happy with them.

I put these on the bottom of the iFi iDSD and iCan pro to keep them from sliding around…excellent.

That Pro iCAN is a slippery little prick.

Yes, that is another nice benefit. Each piece now stays put. No more sliding around when you insert / eject headphone connectors!

Finally bought some suede pads as I have heard it bumps the treble a little bit, which is exactly what I need!

3 weeks before Christmas and our TV gives up the ghost. So we got an early Christmas present.

The wife seems happy.

Nice! My TV is six years old this month (great boxing week sale). My next upgrade will be a 65" 4K.

I bought aquos in the beginning. They get bright and upscales good for budget panel. But its starting act weird fed by a appltv.

Been wanting to get a TCL 55" 6 series TV myself. I’ve got the 4 series version right now, and it’s not bad, but I’ve kinda made the mistake of looking at that mini-led QLED panel…

I have a 2019 6 Series 65" TCL, I absolutely love it. Gorgeous panel.

That’s almost as bad as ordering a new TV as an upgrade, making plans for the old one, and having it die 3 days before delivery…

Let’s see what ceap tribrids sound like

They also threw in a cute little semi-hard case and foam tips!
