I got metaphorical music on the way as well. Glad to see them pressed again

I mean, if you’re going to sell a Bifrost 2, now is definitely the time, you could probably sell it for full retail if you wanted to since people don’t want to wait the 6-8 weeks.

You like it enough to take the screen protector off it or you’re not ready for that kind of commitment yet?

what are you using to play with this? and are you just feeding it to a computer?

oh nice, and is the with Guitar? Bass?

lol no worries, was curious as i thought that was a pre amp for instruments, how well does it sound compared to “live” with the mesa boogies?..im more into bass guitar, what to you have?

Just curious, what do you mean by that?

Thanks, I know what dynamic range means, more curious about how you personally hear it

Well…it’d be cool if you could share your impressions, cause I might sell my BF2 for a D90SE if it’s better in every single way

You like what you like. We all have different tastes and you can’t force something that isn’t enjoyable to you.

I personally don’t care about measurements. I enjoyed the Empyrean and some didn’t. Same with the HD800S.

I enjoyed the BF2 but I’m not going to flip because you feel differently. Personally haven’t tried the D90SE, so hope you enjoy!

Well in doing so you’ll probably make someone else happy. Long wait for those at the moment.

Nothing much, just a new MMCX Yinyoo cable for my Tin HiFi T2s, because the previous cable that I was using for it was stiff and a bit heavy for use, so I decided to give it a cable that is much lighter and softer for daily use. Still waiting for the new mesh filters that I ordered though since I want to give it a try on my BLON BL-03s for modding, for there are reports that replacing its stock filters with a mesh one would improve the sounds.

Can you answer this? As I’m genuinely curious what the difference in terms of dynamic range is that you’ve noticed with the D90SE. I know you mentioned about things like soundstage etc

“Noise level is kept to an absolute minimum producing some of the best DYNMIC RANGE numbers I have seen:”.

“Topping D90SE XLR out. Nearly 22 bits of dynamic range (exceptional!)”.

I was more meaning what do you personally hear? It’s all well and good listening to a reviewer but at the end of the day its you that listens to the gear and I trust personal experiences a lot more than what a reviewer says.

For example, if I hadn’t tried the LL Monotor with the Clears I would’ve thought the RNHP was the best I could go with for the price. But I personally prefer the Monotor over the RNHP.

I’m just not sure what the dynamic range actually changes since the way that reads, its like saying that one headphone is better because it goes from 19hz to 21khz compared to another going from 20hz to 20khz.

Dynamics are usually more described as macro and micro dynamics when it comes to how something sound (in general at least)
