What do you have on the grill or skillet?

I’ve been a bit laid up with some back issues, so I haven’t been around too much, but I can’t not cook pork over a holiday weekend. Same rub and sauce from my similar pic above, but I think I preferred the flavor from this batch:

Glad you’re feeling better mate :+1: I see you’ve lost none of your BBQ skills while in convalescence lol :yum:

The meat is resting right now, but I’m making a couple 16oz boneless prime black angus ribeye steaks and roasting some red potatoes and asparagus.

Skimmed through the thread to make sure my realization is correct. I haven’t seen anything dessert related yet, besides maybe the stuffed pancake from earlier. I’m not sure what to consider that.

The sweet roles turned out great. They don’t look anywhere near as goid as un the book but hey, I’m not a pastry chef.

A comparison between a sound and taste might not really be all that feasible since they are totally different things, but if possible, I’d love to see a headphone alongside a food you think could represent it’s sound in taste.

It would be a shame if someone stole your sweet roll~

Really, there’s a Ribeye hiding under there :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: :cut_of_meat:

If eating Brioche makes me a hipster, it would have been worth it.

Today was pork stuffed pork because you can never have enough. About a 4lb pork loin butterflied, stuffed with crumbled browned bratwurst, onions, pear, celery, panko, and garlic. Smoked until I got to about 120F then seared on all sides to bring it to 145F:
