Yeah I know, but if I were to go for the HD800s it would likely be a used pair. But otherwise I was thinking of something around the 500 range with a bit of leeway.

I’m quite set with what I have atm. In no real hurry, so… we’ll see, lol

Most near term high priority wishlist…

  2. RME Adi 2 Dac

A bit further off, or maybe sooner depending on how things go…

  1. Klipsch forte iii (Or potentially some other nice set of ‘mid-fi’ speakers)
  2. A nice pair of monoblock speaker amps… haven’t done enough research to decide, though.
  3. Meze Emporiums

Things I at least want to ‘try’ at some point and potentially own… (Maybe just plan a trip to an audio show at some point…)

Still need to do more researches, but this is my current wish list.
In the near future:
-SMSL SP200
-TP Audio CF-OTL6080 V2.0

In the long term:
-HD 800S (possbile upgrade from my soon to get HD 660S)
-SMSL M300
-maybe Audeze LCD-2C

In the longer term:
-Spirit Torino Twin Pulse
-Angstrom Audiolab Stella (possible upgrade from the TP Audio CF-OTL6080 V2.0)
-would like to get a better dac than the SMSL M300, maybe an RME ADI-2

Ideal house layout is right here:

10% living area
90% treated listening rooms

Or just sleep in a tent or car outside and have 100% of the house be dedicated to audio

my idea house is big open kitchen / dining / living room area.
2 med size bedrooms with walk-in closets and enssuite
1 spare room for guests
1 hobby room for my wife
1 utility / mud room
1 bathroom
1 small office for work
1 small room for sound / video
1 underground cellar / pantry
enclosed garage with space for workshop

I’m a simple man, i would like to get the FIIO BTR5, and a beyerdynamic dt 880. That’s it. i don’t mind not getting more audio euipment for the rest of my life since i got my Micca rb42s.
