Which $200-$300~ IEM to get?

Oh yeah, the new Thieaudio tribrids should have no issues with fit right @TkSilver ?

I can wear the Monarch and Clairvoyance for the most part but I’d never want to go any larger. They are my limitation.

I didn’t realize it was the Oracle you needed the size of and not the 3DT. It is not really appreciably bigger feeling in the ear then the Variations.

I love Moondrop’s products but hate the fact that so many of their products come with anime related stuff. I am not a weeb and do not want to be associated with them

And why do you hate Campfire audio?

I like your collections!
They are so pretty

I would be most grateful if you would post the link for the cables

This is the picture quality you get when I try to do size comparisons. This is the Oracle and variations.

Yeah, I pretty much jumped right into the upper midrange tier of IEMs for my first official one, I do have a decent pair that I use pretty much daily, but I was determined to get a appreciable upgrade

Beware of jank photography

Thank you for reminding me I could hide my jank photography behind a spoiler tag so people here for resolutions beautiful work can avoid mine.

Those are the Thie OEM cables I recognize the 2.5mm jack you have to use the many adapters with. The adapters are also quite long. About the same size as the silver hardware for the jack if not slightly longer. Not my favorite solution for modular connections. A DDHifi 2.5 to preferred termination right angle adapter is almost a requirement if you use the OEM cable.

Thank you. Link to what cable are you referring to?

See? You did it! Good job!

Wut?? Really these are the stock cables?

WoW they look nice!
I remember my ThieAudio Voyager 3 stock cable looks like Tripowin cable. It wasn’t bad cable tho

They are pretty and feel nice, but unless you run 2.5 they are annoying as all heck.

These :slightly_smiling_face:

But @TkSilver recognize them

Those are the Thieaudio EST cables.

Yep. They were my favorite cables for quite some time until these happened…

Indeed they look pretty, and high quality cables

So you can get it in a sane configuration… well it is a nice cable besides the adapter situation. I think I like the hardware on the mark 2 EST cable a bit more… Also I find it amusing that none of the promo pics have the adapter connected.

Thank you :hibiscus:

The 4 Cores Graphene cable looks beautiful as well.

I bought 4 of these:

Tbh they are high quality, but not for me. They might be good for a headphone, but not for an IEM… IMO

They are thick, and heavy I wouldn’t recommend them for that reason.

I actually purchased 2 of the new kinera cables 4 days ago.

This one:

Hopefully I will like them

I run these on my Tribrids, (besides the Dunu EST112… love that cable)

I love light weight cables for IEMs.

Me too

It looks really nice. I like the blue color.
I will put it in my wish list.

It is actually less blue in reality

Even better… Light blue

Let me know how the Kinera modular system is when you get it. I am a sucker for a good modular system.

Edit:
@Resolution the 3DT just shipped… musicteck upgraded it to UPS shipping… :sob: if I knew they would have done that I would have paid for overnight USPS to avoid it.
