Thank s for feeling me.Again.
Got the k5 pro version. I hope is authentic for the price i got him as i hear now (on high to max sound level) some pop corn popping noises , which i can replicate on 10-40hz range.
To bring things more confusig, the popps are not rythmic in the sound and theyre not present on every song. Also i hear them either as an driver vibrance either as a voltage cranck.
I did burn the Tygr s, for let s say 48h with various freqvency test, also today i ve changed the ki5 usb cable with a longer and golden plated/cooper conductors one, and it appears that the pops becomed less pronounced though i m not sure that the sound level is a little bit lowered after the cable change.Would like to get rid of the pops, that s for sure.
As for the sound itself, without this particular issue, im deffinetlly stasiffied by the sound level the k5 got them, clarity pretty nice too, but here i have another issue as i can t pinpoint the exact sound direction for up/down or front/rear.
I did get the left/right very accurate which also confuses me more, as i m not sure if it s the headset assy or my brain s fault, but on HD800 i hear them more preccisely identified in space.
I ve tryed different bit rate setups - 16 bit/44khz to 32bit/48khz (set by default in windows left/right stereo mode), alo windows and asus sound procesors/ effects, did liked the sonic studio 3 āgamingā effect on soundstage but after the k5 swap is not available anymore to check it at high sound levels,
Sound acuraccy of the Tygr/f5 setup is laser accurate, i can distiguish very clear, no matter how far or less away from the mic is, pretty much all the musical instruments, as much as i can on my buddy HD800s, drived by the k5.
As a matter of fact, beside the sound popping and possitional pinpoint, they sound both as much impresiive for me altrough not simmilar, but i feel that wouldn t spare the extra coins for the HD, i f i m able to fix the pinpoint issue.
Pretty much conffused if i might actually need the HD800s, or another dac/amp.
