Honestly seems a bit more like scalping considering that set wasn’t as mass produced as others for the iem listing. I always understood flipping to be more something that you get cheap then sell at market price or a bit higher, not astronomical prices and scarcity typically associated with scalping lol. Either way whatever you call it, it’s shitty. Headfi has always had a problem with flipping and/or scalping stuff, it’s not really that tightly managed in that regard
I don’t think we’ll really ever have much of a problem here with heavy flipping or scalping here considering most of the people here will just call it when they see it, but for future reference of this thread if you do see really apparent flipping or scalping, just flag the post. Same goes for anything you suspect as scam. Only do that though if it’s a sale post from the specific user, not a post linking to a headfi from someone else or something

Definitely! Personally for me I always list here first to give this community a chance that has given so much to me. From the personal touch on advice, the friendships I’ve gained, to the great deals and the trust they have given me it’s the least I can do.
