Good attempt brother. It would be great you could go a bit slower in terms of delivery.
Anyone who recieved unique colored faceplate davinci that is very unique. If yes, would love to see some images.
Olina SE EQed to DaVinci sounds really nice.
Dunu davinci Eqed to dunu davinci is even better . If you get the opportunity try it in the flesh it’s very good
Rocking a DaVinci on this sunday early morning with Divinus Wide Bore tips and Shanling Onix XM5. Man I love the XM5 and then I love this combo as well. IDK why the Onix XM5 has a rating of 6.6Ω OI from balanced port.
I personally like 50mm lenses for a good balance. Very flexible.
Can someone please comment on which IEM has more lush and organic vocals between DaVinci and Mega5est? Thank you.
DaVinci. The Mega5 EST is a bit leaner from my experience.
I AGREE, but neither is standout for vocals IMO
Thank you sir. Which scales better with high end gear? I’ll be running them off a DX320.
I don’t notice much of scaling with either of them bro.
I had it too bro, DK3001, DK3001 pro, DN-2000. Great iems, I loved the warm sound especially paired with Cayin N3 pro.
Davinci doesnt scale, have used it with Navigator dongle and ibasso D16. With D16, the bass is better controlled.
Trying the tape mode today. Will update on the changes it makes to the sound. BTW, don’t judge my poor taping skills Face with open eyes and hand over mouth . It is done so that I can remove it easily to do A/B testing easily
I don’t understand covering cents on DaVinci when you can just use Spring tips or W1
That vent shouldnt be affecting the FR much, that type is meant to prevent driver flex mostly.
How free are you in real life?? Just kidding, don’t mind please.
first change the tips, I dont know why but I dont like S&S tips that much.
This I agree with. I preferred Divinus Velvet wide bore, helps opening up the treble to my preference.
The tape mod didn’t introduce any driver flex and while I agree that it doesn’t change the FR much (at least as much as tips) but it does tame the bass a little and make it tighter. Is the change worth doing the mod, it’s up to the person listening to the IEMs. Wide bore tips like Sedna Light and Velvet wide bore were a good fit for those looking for a slightly tamed bass.
