As far as I know the price is 80$
Oh, if that is the price, then it looks like a great value set.
Its $80 and will come in all 4 colors
or $90 in tariff-land
It’s an excellent price for them; Pula knows what they’re doing.
P.S.: My bad, I didn’t see that the price had already been published.
INDEED PULA Has increased the bass shelf in the final tuning nice! I love it when a company takes constructive criticism and makes a change on community feeback!
Good advice, good results, and by the way, beautiful photos you’ve taken. I had trouble with lighting on my blue shells; I think indirect soft light works better for them.
Blue ones look amazing in the light.
Hey everyone. I’m new in this forum but I have been around the IEM space for a while.
I’m reposting my first impressions here after listening to the Pula Unicrom.
DISCLAIMERS:
I’m not a professional reviewer, although I strive to be, so take my input with a grain of salt.
Like many of you I got my set given for free but still, all thoughts and opinions are my own.
I listen at mid volume levels around 60-65db so take that into account.
With that out of the way, let me break down my review into 3 criterias: Design, Fit, and Sound.
Design: I think design is one of the Unicrom’s strong suits. I’m a huge sucker for anything with wood infused in it and this set doesn’t disappoint. Especially when light reflects on it? Sensational.
Fit: I had my mother and my sister wear it for a few hours (since they have tiny ears) to see if it causes discomfort over time. My mother’s fine with the fit, but my sister had trouble with the nozzle length. I’d say it’ll fit most people’s ears with a bit of tip rolling involved.
Sound: TL;DR: It might sound like I’m spewing blasphemy but this set is like a more mature Kiwi Ears Cadenza.
Bass: For the bass, let me be honest. It’s inevitable that there will be bass bleed, but it’s not extreme to the point where it becomes poofy. It sounds… normal.
Mids: I really like the mids on this set. The vocals glide effortlessly. Nothing sticks out like a sore thumb, everything is perfect. Down to the last minute detail.
Highs: It doesn’t feel aggressive enough. At least for my preference. I really like treble, so I managed my expectations on the Unicrom. Inoffensive treble might be a good thing for most, but for me, I need that extra sibilance.
Tracks used:
Track 1: King Crimson - 21st Century Schizoid Man
Track 2: Laufey - From The Start
Track 3: Hoshimachi Suisei - GHOST
To future buyers: Why should you buy it?
-
You want an upgrade path to the Kiwi Ears Cadenza without exceeding $100
-
You’re looking for a competent “do-it-all” set
-
You’re also a sucker for aesthetics
Why shouldn’t you buy it?
-
You want a more aggressive tuning

You’re part of the Harman IE cult /j
Excellent impressions thank you for sharing.
Welcome to the forum. I enjoyed reading your brief review. The green faceplates look fantastic!
Thank you for posting your really stunning photos of the Unicrom faceplates.
Hi I’m new here. I received Unicrom few days ago. Interesting thread here as I can see the progress of producing the iem.
Here is my first impressions:
It’s fun sounding warm v-shape. It sound quite relaxed to me. For me this sound signature fits really well for jazz. It’s often that trumpet or sax solos can be too sharp but with this iem it is much more bearable. Good for vocal jazz too, I like warm/soft sounding iem on jazz. Really fun for pop music too due to the bass, and some other genres too.
I will try make more complete review.
