yeah the tuning really feels like itâs done pretty dang well! starfieldâs tuning was good too except harman⊠lol (altho thatâs all personal choice right there)
Reminds me of the Kinera Freya.
(although it wasnt very impressive technically either, but that tuning is crap.)
btw this whole conversation was had with the fh3 in my ears haha! great stuff,
I am not a fan of the kinera stuff lol, was disappointed when I got to try them out, same with the higher end fearless iems, also same with the thieaudio lol
I enjoy the âfunâ tuning and the bass technicalities. It works extremely well with my library. And for only 130 bucks, I prefer it to the Fiio FH5 and FH7 wich are more than 2/4 times the price!!! Oh did I just HYPE it? Oh noes!!!
Agreed. Itâs not a technical IEM. Itâs a fantastic âfunâ IEM for 130 bucks. I thought thatâs what we have been describing?
Which ones? I actually kinda want to try them (like the S6 rui, S8F) but wont because of price and BA only config.
Ha ha! Nice!
I did like the s6 pro and s8f, but stuff like the roland, lancelot, and those flagship models were disappointing for the price imo
Makes sense. Yeah, I HATE those tips.
If youâre a vocals guy and donât care about a more âfunâ tuning, the Mangird is going to be more up your alley. The bass isnât as strong as on the FH3 so it really allows the mids and highs some space. The treble is clearer and more elevated than on the FH3 but itâs completely non sibilant.
I donât think members have any issues with feedback and describing these as good value for $130. I think when superlatives such as these beat things 2-4x the price is when people take issue.
Well, I take the FH3 over the Audiosense T800, Moondrop Blessing 2, Tanchjim Oxygen, Final Audio E5000 for what its worth. While it is tied to the LZ A6, so for me the value and sound is great.
Hey, mon have you tried the Mangird Tea? coming from blessing 2 Iâm kinda shocked tbh, I hear details i havenât heard before on any iems, and the soundstage is outstanding despite their relax tuning
Take issue with this then⊠Iâd take my FH3 over the Mangird Tea, the ISN H40, the Fiio FH5 & FH7 and the Campfire Andromeda to name a few. Thatâs 9X the price.
These are my opinions and feelings, you can take issue with them all you want but they wonât change.
Why donât you take issue with this⊠Bad Guy Good Audio Reviews Earphones/Headphones ranking list - Google Sheets
BGGAR prefers a 26 dollar IEM the Blon Bl-03 over how many MUCH more expensive IEMs? Itâs called an opinion!
I have not, itâs something Iâve been keeping my eye on though
No, I get that, but keep in mind these descriptions actually affect othersâ buying decisions.
I understand though, for example, I enjoy the bl03 more than others that cost more, but rather than stating that they are giant killers or something that clearly beats other IEMs that cost more, I would describe it what it is (a fun headphone that has a lot, but bloated bass), so someone knows what they are buying.
If I overstress what the IEM can do, someone like @Jose_G may buy them reading that they are so good but end up hating them, which I know he does. I also can accept that an IEM that is a higher price tier is a better IEM and with on average, better technicalities as well.
At the end of the day, you get what you pay for. Again, I take no issues that you prefer these over the Andro, but to say that they beat Andros will sway a buyer the wrong way.
it is ultimately you opinion, and itâs up to you in you want to phrase it in such a shill-ie way. Itâs up to you what you want to say and how you want to say it an veritas nor i will try to control your words. But if you want give misinformation at the risk of peopleâs own money thatâs messed up . luckily i had words with a person that has them so i knew i would probably like them and did but i know for a fact that there was at least 1 person in this thread who was not impressed enough to keep them. and even if amazon refunded having to go thru that process is a pain
Now I feel like I am one of the hype sources (due to my review), but I have to say that I judge it based on how well it plays my MUSIC. Using music name/timestamp as the scoring system and me as the judge.
There are plenty of other iems that have gotten hyped by reviewers that havent given any kind of referrences to music.
Good, because EVERYTHING that comes out of anyoneâs mouth anywhere are their opinions concerning audio. You need to understand itâs not a fact that one piece of gear ever âbeatsâ another. Itâs about weither someone prefers it or not. There is no better or worse. It all comes down to personal preferences and their opinions.
If you wanted to know how the FH3 compared to another IEM and I owned both of them and could give you honest first hand feedback to help you make a purchasing decision, wouldnât you appreciate that? Iâve taken my own personal time (and so have many others) to help everyone in this thread answer any question I could help them with concerning the IEMs I own or have heard in the past.
Sorry youâre bothered all youâve heard about in the last few weeks is hype about the FH3, but this is the FH3 thread is it not? We are allowed to come here and discuss our opinions and learn from others of what they think about the FH3 and comparisons to other IEMs right?
I personally really enjoy this IEM and am blown away by the fact that it only costs 130 bucks. And yeah, I enjoy coming to the FH3 thread and talking about it. Itâs a joy for me to listen to every time I put it in my ears. I want to share that joy with everyone. Call it hype if you want to, I donât care. It ultimately is the truth. I just hope I might be able to share my feelings with someone else and they might be able to appreciate it as much as I do.
You are wrong. I might have just saved a listener 9X the amount of money for what I consider an inferior product. How can that be swaying anyone âthe wrong wayâ? It is not a fact the Andromeda is âbetter thanâ or as you say âbeatsâ the FH3 or any IEM.

Nice bullshit @Veritas.
I think that people that have bought the iem with their own money and still take their time to talk about them when asked, should be respected for taking their own time to do so.
On the other hand, people (like me in this case) that gets their iem for free (review unit) shouldnt be spreading so much positivity about the iem. Because they run the risk of looking like shillers.
That is why I havent talked much about the FH3 and just let the owners/purchasers do the talking.
I can back this up. Before you posted your review on your site, because I was a paying customer, you asked for my feelings/opinions on the FH3 to get a second opinion from someone that had spent their own money on the product. I respected you for that being a reviewer. It helped me realize you care about posting an unbiased (as much as possible) & informative review.
