You Really like your Fostex/Lawton.
I have to play mine more and then I think I will likely go Lawton.
Do ittt, it is worth it imo lol
Ha ha! Yes I own the Elex. I also own multiple pairs of professional JBL monitor speakers and I personally have a Universal Audio Apollo driving them. You canāt get much higher end than that for pro audio. As for my Q90R soundbar, I have been blown away by it. My girlfriend didnāt want wires and speakers taking up the entire room so we decided on that soundbar. The wireless surround speakers and sub are very convenient. Everything just works effortlessly and I have been loving the sound. Just being honest!
It seems Tyll loved the Clears - Put them on The Wall Of Fame
They are pretty sweet lol
Just purchased a used Focal Elex, hopefully arrives next week, so excited!
Was deciding between the Elex and Audeze LCD 2 but chose the Elex because having one become available in the EU is not a chance that comes up often, hope Iāve made the right decision!
I think youāll like it, I hope you enjoy it
It was like the last headphone he seemed to really be impressed with wholeheartedly before he retired. lolā¦ but then when he retiredā¦ he said he was only taking a pair of Bose Quiet Comfort 35s and Wirelss Beats headphonesā¦ lmao
I was wondering what he brought with him. Thatās hilarious!
Hope so too, coming from a 598 I think it should be a easy upgrade. Just hope that since this is going to be at my home desktop that Iāll be able to game with these too (CSGO)
Yeah they work fairly well with gaming. They are more of a music can but they can game for sure
Thatās perfect for me, as long as theyāre decent. Can always go back to my 598s for gaming if I need to. Looking forward to trying them out ever since reading this and many other threads
Pulled the trigger on the Clears. Iām stoked!!!
Damn nice
Very curious what you think of them
Got the Clear Pros. Would have like the balanced cable, but I have some that will fit and the extra pads will be helpful. Also think the black/red looks better than the grey.
Yeah I do like the color on them, I think they look a fair bit better in person too
Well, I know I have said it before, but thanks to everyone on this forum. You guys are so helpful with advice and I really appreciate it!
Hi hoping someone can help. I just bought a pair of elex a couple weeks ago and Iām having trouble with the treble. On some tracks itās hard for me to listen to them on others itās not so bad. I read all the glowing reviews on them so Iām just wondering if I may have gotten a defective pair or is that just how they are? I own a pair of Elegia and have no problem with them.
What amp are you using with them? If you have an elegia I would be surprised if the elex is bothering you
