I recently discovered some slight rattling my right EJ07. The left unit feels solid and is quiet but when I gently shake the right IEM, it definitely sounds like something is off or loose. Its akin to a rattle.
Has anyone had any similar issues with their IEM sets?
If there are issues, who can I reach out to at Letshouer? Joseph?
FYI, Tin hifi T3+, Mele, etc are on sale on Linsoull’s Amazon page via Amazon Prime Day:

I just had a “wow!” moment, so I have to share.
After a nap, I listened to “Riverside” by Agnes Obel with olina and spring tips. What a blast!!
I already knew the song, and I had tested the tip-iem combo before, but the mix of these 3 factors blue my mind. Agnes’ beautiful voice came very forward without sibilance, and it was great.
On a general way, I find olina a little too cramped, because of too much midbass for my taste/brain (with spinfit cp100). I had whizzers et100 to keep said midbass in check, but just switched to spring tips as they have a similar effect with slight variation. I think this one moment makes me reconsider the combination totally.
I have the feeling spring tips will stay for a while on Olina.
Some interesting tracks in there.
These playlist make me regret the fact you can’t have per adding commentaries, so you could describe why the song is in the test list. But I get it is a very peculiar use of playlists.
I will say its not a clean “click” like with the stock cable and its quite snug in that it wont spin without some effort unlike the stock one which seemed like it has ball bearings in it lol. It definitely isnt coming loose though. Not all mmcx connectors will work though cause my Fiio UTWS is too short
I rock a Zoe on my Oriolus Isabellae (since the stock cable is 4.4 and I don’t own a 4.4 source), it’s a fantastic cable that’s among my default recs for the money!
It definitely doesn’t feel cheap, though; these things are sturdy! I will say that they lean on the stiffer side of neutral (between stiff and soft), but they hold zero shape memory so it’ll never tangle on you unless you purposefully tie it into knots.
