I'm completely lost

Well there’s more problems.

  1. The whole bloody world is in lockdown and you can’t exit your house without a valid reason.
  2. I’m 15 and can’t bloody drive.

all good, was curious =). and i meant after the lockdown =) btw the USA isnt locked down at all, which is why we have half the cases in the world lol

And if I would get those headphones, I’ll get them from Amazon most probably, but I’m worried about the warranty and the shipping time. And the price goes up by a lot because of the shipping cost, and therefore they no longer are the affordable good gaming headphones.

does amazon have any of the lapel mics for sale for you? they usually run around 10$ and have decent mic quality, but are cheap. cheap enough you might be able to swing one with a non gaming headset. and get a quality mic down the road.

Sadly, no.

can you link the site you plan on ordering off of? so we can see what options you have. a lot of times theres hidden gems deep in the site =D

also make sure you are watching the used market, i know it wont be great where you are at, but ya never know what will pop up used

Be my guest, I don’t know how to help you with translating, but I think google can do the job good enough.
This site gathers info from all the sites from Romania and gives you all the options available.

It should be set to show you the headphones in the 60-120 euro price range.

nice, images are good enough =) and google does a wonderful translating job

I am watching the used market and rn the single headphone which I would buy from there is the Fidelio X2hr. I have also found the Game One’s and Audio Technica MSR7 but I don’t think I’ll get either of them. Considering that the msr7’s are a competitor to the momentum 2’s which I have, I don’t want to buy a similar headphone for that price.

Alright man, you have fun searching on there. I gonna eat my breakfast at 2 pm cause my sleep schedule is non existent. I’ll be back shortly

np, have a good meal =)

those k701’s are your best choice on that list. they are 400$ new in the USA. the fact you get them for the same price as 120$ headphones in the states is insane.

get a mic later if you have to, try the phone mic idea. or if you have any gaming headset atm, you can hang em around your neck with the mic facing up to your lips. not ideal but it works

Ello, I’m back.
I’ve also found the AKG K371, I believe.
Are they any good?

And also, the K702’s are available for the same price. Aren’t they a step up?

Well, I’ve watched Marques’s review and he says that the k702 are flat, and don’t have nothing that would make them stick out in the competition. So I don’t think they’re for me.

Personally, I own the X2HR, and I love them for gaming. The bass is a bit much on them. I don’t particularly care for them for music, but I’m sure some people would. I own the Cooler Masters and previously owned the p37X Senns - I would take the X2HR or the Cooler Master over the Senns. However, for closed back, I prefer the DT770 over the Cooler Master (I’ll be selling those soon).

Personally, I have not found the mic on the Cooler Masters to be all that great, but I always use a USB condenser mic anyway. What’s the availability of the Takstar Pro 82 in your area? According to Zeos, that is what the Cooler Masters are based on. They can be had on Ebay in the US for $50.

I have not heard the AKGs. Sounds like the K702s would be a strong competitor to the X2HR – I actually just sent paypal for a used set of K7XX (drop version) for $55… but apparently a strap is broken on them. Once they arrive, I can give a comparison.

Well, sadly, the Takstar Pro 82 aren’t available in my country. Seems like they were though, but no one is selling them no more.
And as for the AKG’s, I don’t think I’ll go for them.
But the Fidelio X2hr’s are something tempting. They’re a little over my budget (130 euros), second hand, and I think I could get them for a tiny bit less. The only problem is, as I’ve said earlier, I won’t have a mic.
