Can someone put up a FR comparison with juzear 61t, Tangzu Heyday, and Estrella? I havent figured out squig yet.
Super thanks in advance!
You just need to click on the pin icon to pin the first iem, then you can click on another iem to graph with both and then pin the second one to pin a third and so on.
This is a great point.
I’d add people easily spend too much on dac/amp, rather than upgrading their IEMs. It’s an eternal point of contention in personal audio, how the cash should be distributed in a system, but I’d suggest a simple heuristic like:
Dac+amp should cost less than the maximum of $20 and your IEM cost divided by 2 (to be generous).
Just pulling these numbers out of thin air but you get the idea. Dac+amp << IEM.
It’s easy to end up buying a couple different dongles rather than just saving up and buying IEMs that are in a higher performance bracket, speaking from personal experience
Ooohhh…. . Where do that tip-box come from?
So, that tip box is actually a 3d print that someone posted online and my buddy (who has an Etsy 3d print store) helped me.
Here’s the schematic and details.

If you need someone to print one for you and you’re in the US, I can probably have my buddy do it for you. Let me know.
Ah… Sadly I live in Norway😅
Maybe I can find someone to help me with that!
Thanks!
Hit me up Erling, we can sort something out
Hey guys, I’ll be doing a Q&A with Crinacle soon, drop all your questions and worries in the comments below here: https://www.youtube.com/post/UgkxnhPkfC0nBZQ37tyjyDh5JAMPmHQM1pHw
That 6k scoop – coupler artifact (thought those were at 8k) or YIKES?
In my eyes, that 6k scoop mated with the ensuing treble peak is pretty nasty looking.
Does not look like a coupler issue.
Nah it’s just the tuning haha, kinda works actually, but ya not a coupler thing
This is why I’ve bitched about Noir being $700. So tone deaf (and not the monk)
You dont like the Tea 2?
?
Tea 2 is good, Noir is also good but just overpriced lol
They sound different, Noir is more resolving/cleaner mid-bass, Tea is more vocal forward and heavier slam, both scale very nice
