I miss having a planar IEM in my stable. I’m all about instrument separation and staging. Planars seem to do that well by default.

Absolutely. I brought the S08 with me today to work and I’m almost taken back by that sets techs and quick transients regardless of the tuning. It is impressive to say the least.

The Ardor and Aventus just seem like a bad marketing bait to me with those tiny iem sized DDs in them…they should have copied JVC with their old HA-SZ2000 (55mm woofer DD + 30mm tweeter DD) and NOT the similar strategy Final Audio used (40mm DD + a fucking Balanced Armature lol).

The ANC is good for the price, but the treble on the Ardor feels a bit unrefined, Aventus is decent for a bassy all-rounder. That picture is hilarious lmao
