I got some of the Azla Crystals since everyone was giving them good marks, and I will say the comfort is really close/maybe better than the Exlastic ones due to not having the grippy factor. Also yea I really like that they do not get dirty like the others as well. I have not done sound testing, only been using them for work for the last few weeks.
Results: Azla Sedna short for the win. Comfort is great and they sound great too. They sound pretty balance imo but the improved seal has made the bass better. Definitely recommended for long nozzles.
How are they?? Been on my cart for a while now.
I’ve been looking for a wide-bore tip with the comfort of Final E tips. Nothing’s been able to match them in that regard. I know they have a TWS version but I haven’t been able to find them seperate from an IEM.
Any recommendations?
I have tried AZLA SednaEarfit Short (both Regular and Light), Spiral dot (Although I might have to try a different size) and Symbio W Peel (sounded great but couldn’t bear them for very long).
Try reversed KZ Starline.
Radius deep mount is best in slot, even if bore isnt as wide as others.
Theres also e-pro horns (ep01), azla crystal
Comfort, better isolation. The vocal tips not suitable for iem with big nozzle.
Try BGVP w01 , easy tips ET100 and xelestics
I found out that i need to go one size down on Azla Sednas. Maybe try one size smaller.
The Medium reverse Starline measure the same as Sedna MS and feel like the Sedna light.
Thanks for the recs, guys.
Immediately ordered the BGVP w01’s in two sizes as those were dirt cheap. The Easytips ET100 and AZLA Crystal look interesting but are a bit pricey so gonna think those over for a bit.
I’'ve tried xelastecs and if my ear canals are dry they are just impossible to get in regardless of the tip size.
I’m also not getting any search results for reverse starline. I have some that I think are starline from some old KZ sets. Are those not the same?
Regarding Sednas, they really ought to sell multiple-size packs like for Xelastecs. Having to pay a premium and possibly getting something unusable is kinda dumb.
Yes. Just reverse them
CP100+ are pretty sweet too, super soft and conform well to the ear canal. They do change the sound tho and isolate less
Lastest eartips impression including the Sony and easytips.
Alright, I’ve ordered some ET100’s along with SS20’s out of curosity.
I’ve also decided against the AZLA Crystal as they apparently have the same grippy texture as the Xelastecs that my ear canals don’t agree with.
I’ve yet to try the reversed starlines but gonna see if I can make that happen.
Thanks for the recs!
I have tried them and found them to decrease bass too much for my liking, while fitting can also be troublesome depending on ear moisture, since they are soft.
New Collection
Anyone have any feedback or experience with the rounded foam tips that come with th Softears RSV? Never seen those before and wonder how it sounds different from the regular shaped foam tips
