Prices are usually competitive, their customer service is quick to respond and helpful, shipping is relitively quick(they actually give a clear notice if they are expecting there to be a delay (Linsoul and some others seem to wanna hide a very brief and generalized notice in a location they have to hunt for)

With express shipping it takes about a week to get it to Estonia. They are using DHL mostly. I highly rec using it, it was only 12 bucks to estonia.
Yeah I wouldn’t use regular now. But end of January was different situation and I was not expecting 4-5 months waiting.
Just got this update when I was about to sleep, and I had to share.
I ordered on May 5th
And it just shipped.
That it took a month to ship for an instock item is…a…JOKE

I put in a order in May 16th. I still havnt got it. They use a carrier called SF Express. When i log into to my account i can see a tracking number:

Theres this messege for me on their page:
“Dear Customers, the lead time of our international service is affected due to recent international flights changed. More details please refer to SF website, thank you.”
The tracking says my package arrived at the “New York Customs Affair Office” on May the 27th.
So its in the country but stuck at NY customs? Its now June 7th 11 days later. how come its not been shipped to me? are they having issues at the NY customs office too? I wish the whole damn corona thing would pass!

No tracking updates since May 9th. From anywhere. Bought a keyboard from Anne Pro 2 back at the end of April. It is now June. Why this shit not moving?

The whole thing with SF Express is weird. I think both of your packages are still in China, because I have the same message since May 19th and my package arrived to Estonia earlier today. I think that they hand it over to what ever airline flies freight and by their standards it has arrived to the destination country.
Btw you can ask Linsoul for postal tracking number if you don’t have it.
Just recent experience is that they will ship you replacement after 4 months like in my case and use premium shipping if you are willing to pay 15 usd which I did.
The things is that I asked to ship different iems instead with custom faceplates and shell so I am back in waiting mode and weeks counting.

My replacement is shipped via dhl and it shows that it should be here in a week so fingers crossed.
Will use amazon store for the future but I dont blame linsoul for shipping times just for luck of customer care. I mean I know my iem for 150 bucks does not make me a platinum client but still.
