If you go to the Topping store on amazon the D10 is now described as Aimpire AD10.
Still has pictures of something with D10 labeling.
I wonder if they are rebranding, or just shipping something intended for a different market.
Every other item in their store front still has the Topping name.
Maybe they are rebranding their name?
maybe but that makes absolutely no sense givenb the d90 just came out and the d10, d30 and d50 are looked to in such high regard. Ive seen something similiar with the fx audio dac x6.
I woulld contact amazon about it and also file a return and try again with another seller
I saw this same thing happen to somebody on Headfi. Apparently Aimpire is a Chinese rebrand of the D10. Supposedly they are the same thing, but I’d still return it seeing as it is not what was pictured on the store page.
So what do I get instead? Do I try another d10 listing on Amazon? Do I wait 5months for AliExpress to ship it?
If it’s simply a rebrand, then it’s the same product. I’d just use it. If anything you can have an argument about which has a better name.
