Comon, show me the goodies!

My Teas came in a box exactly like the UPs, look.

It looks like the UP actually did deliver today

I’ll share initial impressions later tonight. If anyone wants a full video review, you can sub to my new channel to get notified when it’s up (literally just made it yesterday haha). The UP will be my first video!

Some of my findings:

The Xenns shell is quite large (much larger than the Mangird Tea). For reference, the Shell is just slightly smaller than the Monarch. The slight reduction in size was enough for it to fit my ears perfectly.

This set has some seriously relaxed treble. I’m wondering if e-stats were necessary if the treble was going to be as recessed as it is. Pointless?

Much appreciated man! Or woman! Whoever!

I hope I can help give another thoughtful perspective for potential buyers. I’ll be 100% honest with my take!

Its a beauty, have you heard it at least for a bit now? Still waiting on mine lol

This time I have to be patient until Amazon has this in its portfolio :man_shrugging:

Nope! After I took the pics, I sold a Bifrost 2, went swimming and now I’m at Cheesecake Factory for dinner. I’ll be lucky if I get to hear them tomorrow.

Finally! Man these are WAY harder to drive compared to the Teas!

EDIT: I thought the bass would impress with these but man the highs are stealing the show for me!

how hard to drive are they? also, what do u think of the stock cable?

I listen on volume 20 with the Teas, the UPs require volume 50 to reach the same dB level.

The stock cable is ok, not bad but nowhere near a Fiio FD5 quality, i would expect better for $699 for sure.

Yeah, kinda expecting that. I like the system with the adaptors, but I’m not sure i’ll like it…

It appears my cable is bad.

Oh no! You have alternates to try?

I’m good with spare cables.
