Big yikes to you both, should be soon it took me around that long. You could always message Ryan and ask.

It took me about 4 weeks to hear back from them in order to change my Mk3 order to a T60… Have faith (or reach out)! I think they’re just swamped right now.

Though I will admit I just hit week 10, and your responses are killing me.

Anyone know of any cool custom cables that would work with these? I’m going to get the balanced mod and I was looking at nice cables for some IEM’s and found this https://www.null-audio.com/products/symphony-tiburon-upocc-cryo-copper-headphone-iem-cable I want something like this for the argons but I don’t know what the internal connection is. Is it just a 3.5 mm connection? I know it has to be angled…

If it took 4 weeks for you to hear back then that does make me feel better actually. Part of my concern was that I emailed them a couple months ago about something else and heard back the next day. So yeah they’re probably swamped.

You should read my comment and you will see that 10 weeks is nothing. By the way I am still waiting for them to say if they sent them to me again

They’re not the best or most consistent communicators. But I’ve yet to hear of them not coming 5hrough.

Man, I’m getting worried too as I have arrangements to be out of the country around the 13th week from my order date. I shot them an email to check and to see if I should get my shipping address changed but no response. I did the math before ordering based on the 9 weeks lead time started on the order page and thought I would be safe.

I bet they’d delay shipping of you asked. I mean, it’s delay thats causing the issue, right? A little more should be no problem for them.

Update! They’re here! The shipping notification went to my spam folder.

So, here are my dates for people estimating their time:
June 6: Ordered
September 4: Shipped
September 6: Received (Yes, shipping took two days. USPS tracking history confirms. I live in South Carolina FWIW).

Nice! I wish mine would come.

Got my today. I did not buy them new so I cant comment on wait time. But from what I can see these were not used much or at all. Everything looks new and smells new. Actually these were bought directly from modhouse only one month ago (as i can see on the label that is still on the box). In any case. Came balanced with periapt orange cable, vegan pads. The sound is way better than any other mod i heard. I do own ZMF classics and it is not even close. Especially the base and how wide the sound is. I also used to own MrSpeakers Alpha Prime and Argons seems to sound clearer with more base. Very enjoyable to listen to.

I’ve been sending messages to Modhouse about how to send in my t50rp mk3’s and ain’t getting no reply. Does anyone know how it’s done?

Ordered 14/06/2019 shipping notification 08/09/2019 (found in spam folder). So glad they are on the way!

I emailed them as I was getting worried after 11 weeks. No response, Their twitter mentions previously having an issue with their site and google taking precautions on emails.

Thank you for mentioning it. I found my shipping notification in my spam folder also,

Wow found it as well I was worried for a bit thanks for the info.

I just recieved my pair :D. However, the separation between instruments is very narrow. For example, during John Coltranes Giant Steps, on my 58x hes playing just into my left ear and slightly behind but with these hes playing right in the center. I am new to the audiophile world so im just wonder if thats what its supposed to sound like or am i just dumb?

I had that same experience. Fostex T50RPs are good $150 headphones that have been modded to sound even better. I found myself comparing them to mid Fi, $400-$600 headphones. That’s just not fair to the Argons!

Best to enjoy them for what they are, a fun set of bassy cans that punch way above their weight and have a cool story behind them too!!

But because of the lack of separation to me theres no soundstage. Or am I misinterpreting the definition of soundstage?
