If you were to plug a balanced jack into an unbalanced output, would it work the same as if you were plugging an unbalanced cable into it, and can you put a balanced jack into a unbalanced adapter and plug it into a unbalanced output?
So you can safely convert a balance cable to single ended no problem, but I would not recommend converting balanced to single ended as that can cause issues with the amp and headphones

YOU SHOULD NOT convert a single ended headphone cable to balanced.
When you plug the latter into an amp, you can short the amp out.

Wow nice. why the Blon over the Sivga P2?
I’m pretty sure I didn’t know about the Sivga P-II when I ordered the blon.
Oops. Well they sound very close. thing is the Sivga sounds just like the Aiva and the Aiva sound just a hair better than the Blon B20. And the Sivga looks nicer in my opinion. and its 50$ cheaper. The Aiva started this whole thing. Can you send the Blon back?
There really isn’t going to be that large of a difference where it would be worthwhile imo

Yeah its true. I AB tested the Aiva with the Blon and i could hear a small difference in SQ. slight

I literally just saw that yesterday. It’s very interesting looking for sure! I almost wanted it for the design alone.
I watched dms’s video of the drop thx panda and at the end he said he picked up a pair of air pods and air pods pro to review from an audiophile perspective. I’ll be interested to see what he says.
I’ve been meaning to ask, is there anything I can do to make the headband not so squeaky? Whenever it adjusts up or down it makes a somewhat squeaking noise that is really loud and noticeable.
