Yup, the filters covers the grill perfectly. Also, Hanaās less bright with treble tamer than the Olinaās!

What trick did you use to tame Hana treble? Personally I donāt find my O2 to be aggressive in any way but I donāt listen at high volumes.
Edit: you modded your Olina right? Use Paul Wasabiiās squig - he has graphed all the mods

No mod for Hana. The treble on the Hana and O2 sounds good to me stock, but I had to filter-mod Olina + foam tips. The treble was that bright for me haha.
Olina sounds really good at mid volume, but Hana and O2 can be cranked up higher. Probably due to the deeper fit of the Olina compared to the shallower Tanchjim designs.

Oh gotcha, I misunderstood your prior post. I know you might not want to try yet another mod, but a micropore tape or tuning filter addition to the front vent will increase bass and may help to balance out the treble aggressiveness you hear. Note that on a graph, this front vent mod doesnāt affect the higher freq, but since we hear the entire spectrum with our ears, the bass lift could help. Just my two cents if you want to try to adapt the Olina to suit your needs

Arent those the same filters as Variations? Aka they have no acoustic dampening, just protect from wax?
I only compared to S12, Tea OG and EJ07m (to be added).

Yes, it all comes down to my preferences and my library. Amongst all those, there are some gems for price, like mh755, but thereās no miracles. Market is moving too fast. Thereās basicly alternatives to any of those for less or better for the same price.
These are some of the examples Iām talking above. They have some X factor to me and they rule the brackets for me on their price point.
I could basicly use anything that is A- or above as my daily driver. This is the point where dimishing returns hit pretty hard, in my collection.

Basicly, they have to work for me, but I give credit to something that is good, just not for me, like Variations or UP.
Thereās also tuning vs Techs for me. A great example would be Olina vs Oxygen vs Fdx1 vs Kato. Thereās no right or wrongs. Any of these have flaws and strong points. Comes out as preferences and price. Price is not a factor on my rankings btw.

Oh, I didnāt take out the Olina filter; I put the B2 filter on top of the Olina one. It works too. If you want I can take out the Olina one and replace it with the Hana one and try. Currently Iām testing B2 filter + vent mod + foam tip for long high volume listening

Itās very fun tinkering to get it just right
So far the best way for me is B2 filter on top, Olina filter on front vent, and moondrop T55 foam tips. Tames the treble at higher volumes (70%+ on my Macbook) while maintaining everything else.
I have been debating about a Hybrid and I know the Tea cult approved of the OG Tea, but the view is that the Tea2 is enough better to be worth the price bump from $300 to $350.
The OG are $260 on drop, which seems like a very good deal, is there something wrong with the ones on Drop, or am I missing something?
