It can be handled (engineered) in different ways. Some more successful than others. It all depends on the design choices of the manufacturer on how it is done.
Not only channel imbalance but a large dip in sub bass and a hige treble spike at 8K.
Yeah…dont know what they are doing…looks like treble hell without the bass to even it out…

No clue on the ST10S or the regular M2 Pro. But the M2S Pro however…damn…that is good.
Now you got me interested! Should I pull the plug vs ks lbbs? How the sound like?

I only got the basic driver (stock) with the M2S Pro so have no idea how the other configs sounds like though.

I spent approx. 150€ and was discounted 5… I used a coupon to get 10€ more discounted. I’m not even sure the discount was worth the wait, but hey, better than nothing, right?

I waited a lot before buying all those, hesitating between many €100ish iem. I finally went for the"safe bet" that the aria represent. Harman being a common target, if I don’t like them they will at least give me a reference point to build my own target… Maybe…

It took me a long time and a lot of iems to come up with my target. So no need to rush.
I was wondering if it was the same driver as the now discontinued Kbear Believe. But the Believe was a 9mm DD so its not the same.

Hi guys! Just dropping by to say hi! Wanna say hope you guys are doing well! I’ve been very busy with work lately so I didn’t have time to check out any of the new iem stuff and keep up with all the latest news. I’m still enjoying my FD5! I think my ears are just so used to it’s sounding, everything feels natural to me now.
I might be looking into a side-grade from the FD5 but not right now. Been casually looking around for an iem that compliments the FD5 or something like that.
LZ A7 can complement everything with its 10 configs.
Otherwise the Sony xba-n3 is a another good complement to the fd5.
