They made some other hybrid cables with other copper cables. Which one do you prefer?
I like the one on the left the most.
How are they with microphonics? Just got the FAAEAL Litz in for the FH3, nice supple cable and the earhooks definitely fit me better than the stock cable. In terms of microphonics they are only slightly better I feel. Though I guess with IEMs you will always have a bit of noice from the cables.

Thanks for the links to Slater’s cable investigation. Quite the eye-opener. I’ve not been all that interested in cable upgrades, unless the supplied cable to iem is a tangly mess or ear guide is all wrong.
But, I am going to try a “balanced” cable to balanced output on EarStudio ES100. So, the FAAEAL 4 core looks good and your cable measurements are reassuring. Thanks!

Got info on the price for the hybrid cable, they will sell all 3 versions (different copper).

I hope he takes some better pictures when he lists them for sale though. Kinda hard to tell the difference on the 2 darker copper.

really looking forward to your reviews, and measurements. I did get the balanced Tri Through for the FH3 and BTR5. Nice Cable. Warm and powerful. Thanks for the rec… now I would like to see that pure silver, and those brand spanking new hybrids. Maybe to see if I could get just a little bit more shimmer at top end. You are da man!
Also anyone know which is best filter settings for BTR5?

Yeah, the Tri Through is still a damn good cable. XINHS doesnt seem to have it either.
