The UCA202 looks like a piece of shit but is definitely not one. 
What are you talking about? thats a high end setup. The DAC is Dayton Audio 01 1200$ The amp is from TNT 1000$ the headphones are Parts Express 1600$ Its a 3600$ setup.

Whenever I had free time, I debated about what I can do – watch TV, play video games, chill outside… nope.
I just wanted to spend more time with my stereo system. Perfect litmus test.

Trying to build my (actual) endgame 2 channel setup and I feel like I’ve gotten closer with these triangle br03’s… it’s the warmest pairing I’ve experienced with the yamaha a-s2100… turntable is a fluance rt85 and cassette deck is a taya cd5000… nothing too fancy which is fine for the room and use case 
I don’t think I have the right amp yet (or is it a preamp I need 
)

I’m really enjoying this old Sugden Headmaster amp paired w/ an SMSL SU8 currently, Just a wonderfully synergetic combo and the sound is delicious.
