they were $110 on headphones com as well looks like they sold out though B stocks are $99
HE-X4 is $99 on drop, comes with a different headband and a usable cable.
Bring a bit of power for these. I’m surprised how far up I am on an Asgard 3.
Going to eventually do a budget HFM comp, maybe even thin the herd in the aftermath. I’ll throw in T50RP MKIII for kicks.
Agreed, they were my second pair of open backs, and I do not regret buying them at all. I don’t use them much due to the weight, but I enjoy the sound on the HE400se. I got them on Amazon last year for around $125 and they shipped with a second cable that was decent, even if a bit rubbery.
