REL subwoofers on sale, the small ones are already sold out, and that’s a shame, damned fine unit for a small room desktop set-up at a better price. The larger ones are still available if anyone was on the fence about one.

Blons on sale for 350$

i.e.: Now the same price as Sundaras.
(And Verums even)

and now within my self imposed ‘salary cap’ lol

If its self imposed it can be self removed lol

You got a great selection of headphones at 350$ now. Blons detailed great highs. Sundara great mids and W signature. And the Verums great warm headphone. I guess they are considered mid-fi

FX AUDIO DAC-X6 on sale at drop 45$:

I know “ASR only listens to sine waves” etc… but… This is the DAC-X6 trying to reproduce a 1khz sine wave… there seems to be something very wrong with this DAC. Maybe like listening to electronic music with tubes screws up the sine waves. If you don’t care about electronic music – or measurements, well, whatever. But if something sounds off in “this experimental band with the keyboard player playing 80’s sounds”… well, you’ve been warned.

It’s cheap and does the job, if your motherboard audio doesn’t function it’s not a bad choice

Hard to argue with a 45$ DAC and headphone amp unless you’d be ok with a “Dongle DAC” indeed.

If you have moderately power hungry headphones and need the volume, this does preform lol

There is a guy on CAM selling a fairly new Liquid Platinum for $500.00. Awesome deal if you are looking at buying this amp anyway. I thought hard about it and even chatted with the guy.
But then I came to my senses and ran away.
