I trust Resolution with my credit card. I think that says it all
Yea I trusted @Resolution enough to buy his Oracle off of him in honestly a couple of hours of talking to him about it.
This coming from the guy I sold my Oracle to. You should know better dude. Look at the graph and if you canāt believe your eyes, listen with your ears. Iām just telling the facts sir.
Thanks for admitting it and thanks for the trustā¦ In the futureā¦ I guess/hope. lol
That is why I was at least smart enough not to post it, or I would be doing a Passion for Sound blind test to try and prove a pointless point and then arguing that the test is flawed.
Over 1k posts. People finally joining the family. Great opinions. Thereās even people agreeing with @Resolution!!! Oh boy, we made it great time to be a troll
Mele with 2 core Xinhs cable and sedna crystal tips (it came with some wide bore tips so I used my preferred wide bore). Also the stock cable is not awful, a lot better then a lot of OEM IEM cables.
Totally agree.
Iām using the standard cable even though I have quite a few spare aftermarket cables.
Might change it at some point but itās nice and I really, really like the tiny connector on it.
Reminds me of the (2.5mm) connector XINHS uses on some of his/their cables.
Itās just a well thought out package in generalā¦
YES, THIS.
I switched to Tripowinās Jelly add-on cable for a night, changed it back to the stock first thing this morning. Unless the Xinhs graphene come along to prove otherwise, Iām keeping the stock cables on my Mele.
Even the stock wide-bore tips werenāt shabby at all, if it werenāt for the nozzle becoming a humidity magnet for me, Iād keep using the wide bore tips. Donāt know if that humidity issue was just me or someone else experienced it as well. But after two full days of listening, I even think the wide bore performs better than the Spinfits. Wide bore tips just give Mele a bassier experience and taller sound stage.
Example of humidity magnet, but I assume itās due to the shell material:
Early first impressions after having listened to 4 or 5 songs. Thatās definitely a signature iām not used to.
As an hobbyist singer, I love having the voices as forward as possible, and Mele doesnāt do that.
I have a track in mind where the bass region seems overdone with Mele (teasing for my future review , read it if you want to know what song it is ).
On the hardware side, the cable is good and the design (gold faceplate) is great.
The buds are way lighter than the Aria. That, added with the structure of the bud makes a veeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeery comfortable fit. I can easily see myself keeping these in my ears for hours (after I find the good tips).
Default tips seem suite good, but I quickly change them for the spinfit cp100, since they were the tips used for tuning.
I also took the jelly cable. It is copper and grey, so will be a quite good visual match with the golden faceplate.
I tried to take some pictures but it was too late and the light conditions where sh*t.
When you get around to pics, would love to see side-by-side with the Arias. The Starfield/Arias have a great fit for my ears, but the weight and sag on the ear hooks cause me a touch of pain.
Iāll try to remember.
But I may not come with no photo at all: taking good pictures of iems is way harder than I thought.
I got mine today. They are very nice. They have met my expectations. I canāt recall any iem with better tonality under $50. Iāve been performing music live on the local scene for over 20 years. I know what instruments should sound like and these things do a great job. Nothing is overly exaggerated or lost in the mix. Thank you for doing what you do BGGAR.
Awesome photo bro!
Finally got my Mele yesterday! Havenāt had time to burn-in and listen to it, so Iāll do impressions later (hopefully during the weekend). I wanted to share some photos ASAP though, because these earphones are a beeaauuuty! Awesome job, Linsoul & @hawaiibadboy - thanks for bringing these to life!! Copyright is to me. Enjoy!
Mouth-watering detail on these faceplates!
