This is a xduoo x3 that has been tear down and have some component replace. The main body is replace by a full copper handmade body. Also this one is tune specifically for the one who order it. Each of the unit is tuned differently according to the one who order it.

I tuned it to be that way. It won’t match some folks. Someone on Headfi did switch or remove the filter for something more to their liking related to extension :+1:

These guys are sexy!! They are way smaller irl than they look in pictures and the comfort feels the best from the iem’s i have owned/tried.

Seems to bring it closer to Blon-03 Mesh moded on treble region, yes. But keep in mind these are whispers in the wind and hasn’t been measured yet.

I’ve not been paying much attention due to work + tribids.

I did remove the filters two weeks ago because I had a little channel imbalance that was bothering me.
It fixed my fixed my channel imbalance. As for the rest, it doesn’t make a night and day difference to me but it is hard to say without a/b-ing.
I do like them like that. Still have that bass not overly shouty, maybe a little ringing at a particular frequency but nothing too crazy. I am not event sure of it thought.
We will have to wait for someone to test while a/b-ing and measurement.
