They are a little bigger, but not enough to be a concern, maybe one mm or two. I might have tried other pads but I donāt recall.

Itās a real shame as I really do love these headphones but there are more important things than material goods. Sorry for not being vigilant everyone.

To give a recap, he made some very nasty comments about blacks and Jews, which he has tried to backtrack as having a dark sense of humor.
And then when people on the forums started nagging him on their wait time for repairs/replacements, he said he wished that they AND their families would get cancer.
At least is what I got from several forums that have since banned him.
But yes, I hear the headphones sound pretty good.

Iām interested in these. Thought they costed more, but at $350 I would be willing to give it a shot. Maybe it will give me an excuse to buy something better than a Magni lol.
As for the controversyā¦ eh. He got what he deserved - people are turned off and he probably lost potential buyers. Even so, donāt think putting him down any lower is a moral high ground either. Doesnāt seem like a very pleasant guy, but nice head pa-honies.

You wonāt recieve any confirmation email, I ordered them on 25 Jan, recieved yesterday. Just donāt worry and wait. Btw I didnāt get any tracking info/whatsoever, just got a notify from shipping company itself when it was in my city.

Iām happy with the purchase. I thought i would be more dissapointed with bass perfomance (I got fostex purpleheart as daily cans), but verum can hit pretty hard (but i saw some photos with perforated pads, i got solid pads version). They complement my fostex pretty well. Build quality is good, no rattling parts or magnets on driver, donāt think I will have any problems with that in future. Comfort is also good. Need more time for sound impressions.

Iāll see if I buy balanced wired to the verum for when reach me. What is Jack wearing? The two ear holes are Jack 3.5 or Jack 2.5? And the one that is connected to the source, do you advise that I buy it 3.5 or 4.4mm? Thanks a lot.
Stock cable is dual 3.5mm to 3.5mm (mk2). About cable u should buy for balanced - it depends on ur source, balanced connection can be terminated in 2.5mm, 4.4mm, xlr. 3.5mm is unbalanced.
