Isnāt the whole point of a gaming headset the fact that it has a mic? If the mic sucks what is the point of this product? Iāve got a pc37x, and I would like to find something better than it headset wise, but I havenāt seen one with better mic quality, and I donāt want to move to something that might sound better, but sound worse for someone that has to hear me.
I kinda agree, as I donāt think the mic was something I would even consider passable unless he had it hooked up to the worst possible mic in he could find
Iām also not sure what mic setting he had it on. He seemed ignorant on the in line control and the switch on the mic that changes what type of mic it is.
Hmmm I didnāt know it could do that, thatās pretty interesting. I would also be curious what his mic signal chain was, because Iām sure they would have put more care into the mic then what was presented in his review
If anyone has theirs and also has a dedicated mic interface, I would be curious to see if you think there is a big difference depending on what device you connect the mic to

If I were to ask to have them wire the headphones in a normal configuration (because everything I keep hearing about the default cable is atrocious), where would I go about getting a new cable to use on the headphones? I tried to find something and I failed spectacularly.
