I just purchased a Hagerman Audio Labs Tuba. Both the Tuba and my Focal Clears should arrive sometime this week. The Anticipation is going to drive me insane.

oooooh. you got the regular sennheiser 800. I thought it was the 800s. Interesting. i heard the original HD800 with the dupont mod actually sounds better than the revised 800s. dont know its thats true.

Just the unbalanced Grace SDAC. Shopping around for a better pairing, topping seems to be where I’m leaning.

I still prefer my HD800S over my SDR modded HD800. It feels a bit more refined and warmer. If you’re looking for a more neutral analytical sound then the SDR modded HD800 takes the ticket.

Picked up another Purple Heart so I can modify the first pair. The difference in the wood is quite interesting considering they’re both Purple Hearts (bottom one is what I picked up today). Also have a Mahogany coming in on Monday and thus completing my TH-X00 collection.

I didn’t buy it today, but my most recent purchase (received on Thursday), is the Schiit Lyr 3. Happy so far; it will drive everything I own easily. I have already ordered a Tung-Sol tube to try.

If heat management or space wasn’t an issue, I seriously was considering the Lyr3 over the RNHP. That looks like a fantastic headphone amp that I curious about before Zeos did a review on it. Quality piece.

Nice, I like amps that have their tubes recessed. i think its a much smarter design the just leaving them exposed. i know i’ll end up accidentily smacking them across the room and they end up crashing against the wall

Amazon 15.99 metal rings for the rod so the cats won’t tear it down lol I have a sliding glass door in my living room where my home theater is.
Once this room is done I’m doing a new dedicated 2 channel room in the dining room cause my one now is circa 1960 but it sounds good lol

I just ordered a Topping E30 DAC for my home office setup. I currently have a Schiit Asgard 3 Multibit that is fantastic, but I wanted to have a delta sigma dac available so that I have a more analytical source as well. That way, I have a choice depending on which headphones I plan to listen to.

I also purchased a Hagerman Audio Labs Tuba the other day (and a pair of Focal Clear)…which will also be used in my home office setup. I will truly have a setup that I can use with any headphones or even IEMs that I choose.
