What did you buy today? (Part 1)

Yep… THEY FUCKING CANCELED IT

That’s a bummer man… you had some pretty nice stuff in there

I’m re-ordering the 1More, M5, and Starfield… Can’t say I’m happy, but I’ve been having second thoughts about the SV006. Wasn’t totally sure with how much I wanted to snag them.

Are you on some FBI list or something?:joy::joy:

Excellent question. I’ve yet to have a problem getting through TSA, and I’ve yet to have a problem most anywhere else.

They are trying to slowly limit what you can do

So long as they don’t go socialist, or adopt China’s “credit score”

Try eBay.

Especially in these difficult times, I just… don’t even want to buy things from Amazon. Workers in warehouses getting the virus, and smaller sellers probably needing more money than ever. Most of the things I buy on eBay are from sellers with 99%+ positive ratings.

I’ve checked. Prices I’m finding are typically higher, and others are harder to find. Sadly, I run into people thinking that they can sell used equipment at or higher then new.

Crap. :stuck_out_tongue:

Yeah eBay being eBay there are idiots who want to sell… THX 789s for 789$ lol, etc. Sorting by price (highest to lowest) rarely fails to make me laugh. But for inexpensive, used “mid-fi” (or just, popular) stuff it’s excellent.

Yeah, and the ones trying to sell things like HD 58X with a pariapt cable for $200, $6 under full price for the pair. Not worth.

One word or 2……. Nighthawks!

I’ve found two reasonably priced.
$212 shipped (or best offer, my ass)

$145 shipped (almost three days left still on the bidding, so could still go anywhere)

Ordered new pair unopened this morning…looking forward to them

A ton of people will try to sell things used for more than what they’re worth new, and sadly a ton of idiots will buy. Just search for deals and you’ll find em. You don’t get good deals every day but… I mean, that’s the same on Amazon.

(Also, I bid on eBay like… once. “Buy it now” only for me).

i almost bought some urbanfun IEMs but my mom had to validate the order and i decided to cancel it since i had no idea if i would need wired IEMs when i have wireless

Interesting color choice on the Guideray, most go for the cool blue or awesome purple, although I am assuming you got black for a reason.
Those Triple Driver may not have the best comfort, but man do they sound awesome on good equipment. Those are my second favorite headphones I have ever tried.

I’m more of a fan of black then I am of blue or purple. My sister would die for purple.
I’m anxious about the Triple Driver being more on ear then anything… I’ve used on ears in the past(6-7 years ago, about when I graduated high school), and was satisfied at the time. I’ve enjoyed my Porta Pro and the KSC75 I used to have, after putting Yaxi pads on. On the other hand, I’ve tried on the m60x and hated how it felt the moment they touched my ears.

Yeah, I mostly just got over how uncomfortable they were for the sound they delivered. But the dampening foam on the tweeter did push on my ears and cause discomfort. The smaller your ears are the better though I think. If you can’t wear them then I suppose you can return them. :slightly_smiling_face:

That is true. I’m debating on the Zen DAC. It’s cheaper to get it and the following wireless keyboard and trackpad by $30.70 then to get a SMSL Sanskrit 10th (MKI not MKII, unless you add another $30) and Liquid Spark.
