@giova05, seriously jealous of you, :+1: had I seen that deal I would have jumped on it, no second thoughts! Congratulations, I’ve been eyeballing that amp for a few months just haven’t been able to find one at that price. Let me know when you get bored of it please…

Anyway, I managed to snag another headphone amp/pre-amp I had been eyeballing, https://www.decware.com/newsite/CSP2moreinfo.htm It’s an older (2006), used Decware CSP2. No noise, no hum, :muscle: so far hasn’t blown up yet :crossed_fingers: It was one of the last pieces I needed to add just that little bit of “extra flavor” I was looking for overall in the entire system. Mmm., happy days…

Got my headphones (TH-610) today. VERY impressive! Still in the shiny new toy phase though. Very loose fit, and I have a big head.

In my first 45 minutes of listening, I had one thought and it was something I have never thought before: Man, are these “drummy”! I went from jazz to Counting Crows to Whitesnake to Crash Kings and in almost every single song the drums were dominant, followed closely by the vocals. Different and Very cool.

I think these are going to be a ton of fun. I am a freak for variety and now have:

  1. Grado
  2. Beyerdynamic
  3. Koss
  4. Fostex.

Four Very different sounds.:heart_eyes:

I think we are way past initial burn in. These were demo’s and probably have LOTS of hours on them. The sound is very clear and Really entertaining. Of course every new toy is awesome, so we’ll see…

About to pull the trigger on a topping d10 as a DAC for my T0. Also in my cart is a beyer dt880 600, but trying hard to tell myself I don’t need those. Lol
