I control my volume somehwat good these days because i already have a pretty bad steady high frequency (somewhat high) Tinnitus …
They do punch above the price point for sure. I changed the pads on mine to brainwavz xl round pads and they are way more comfortable.
I have a pretty high tolerance for treble, but I can’t stand over-boosted bass. Makes my ears go numb. Well, my brain likes bass, but my ears say otherwise.
Yeah i guess i should buy these. Did you go for pleather?
I had both (Pleather and Hybrid pads, it was included with another headphone sale). I liked the Hybrid pads better. Both are way more comfortable than the stock pads for sure.
I dig that watch!!
I had a Matrix audio Element I arrive today, but technic difficulties have sidelined it until someone on Shenzhen time can rely to my email for technical assistance.
I like bass when listening to loud speakers, but having too much bass pumped right into my hears via headphones isn’t very enjoyable.
cat food and cat litter.
Looks like a Tudor
@Andrew_Davis and @SM_Music not a Tudor, though they are nice. Heroic18…Niche maker i stumbled upon and decided to sample a few years ago…
FYSA, It’s HEFTY…dare i say outright heavy somedays
Yeah, too chunky for a Tudor.
Those micro brands can be very cool!!
I’m kinda shocked how watches have grown. In 1984 I bought a Tag Heuer diving watch while I was still in college, the model is still made today. Over the years I’ve sent it out for service about 4 or 5 times but it’s still ticking strong. It’s downright tiny by today’s standards!
Yes, we are well past the days of 36mm-40mm being the standard for all. 44mm, 45mm, 46mm is very common today. There are bigger too but 40-46 is where the bread and butter of the industry seems to be for now.
And it survived that airplane jump?
Last DB cooper joke, I swear.
I’ve not dived into watched like I have audio, but I’ve done plenty of research. And my daily driver is a Mido, which is Swiss made and Mido is part of the Swatch group (also Omega and Harry Winston) so the movement is a high quality. It’s sort of a budget Omega… or so I tell myself.
@Andrew_Davis
I have seen those, check out one of my trusted sites from Asia…Some decent deals and always had good dealings w/them.
Wasn’t the Omega version of that THE James Bond watch?
I’m not a big jewelry guy and that Tag Heuer is still my daily wear watch when I wear a watch. 40 years later I’m still getting use, I mean shit if every purchase I made back then held up as well as this one!
…and yeah, I’m going to hold you to that one being the las db cooper joke. LOL
34 years old, 36mm. I bought one for my wife in 87, same style but the F1 version, she still has hers as well. Tough suckers.
That is a great looking timepiece, sir!
This is good!
And dangerous to my bank account…
