I just canceled my 789. It’s been so long I hope they refund my money. Can’t remember which card I put it on.
I’ll need one My Abyss 1266 phi tc is coming in.
Mine isn’t that heavy lol. You just need to get the pads angled correctly
I hope finding optimal sound doesn’t drive me crazy.
It will lol. You decide to keep the empyrean? And how do you feel about the 6se now that you’ve had it for some time?
The HE6se I like a lot but I don’t get to listen to them much as my kids occupie my home threater. The Empyrean I’m keeping.
Which pads are you using most often on the Empyreans? I used the leather almost exclusively to start, but I having been using the suede mostly of late and think I prefer them
My 887 arrives tomorrow according to tracking. =)
Dang fast shipping lol
If you are in a neighboring state to California you benefit from GSO. Overnight couriers.
Yeah I live in northern cali, so I was able to use golden state overnight.
I always wanted to get aboard the 789 train, I just couldn’t because of availability. 887 ordered, thanks for the heads up, gang.
I just got mine! Finally!
I want to cancel my order on the thx789. I feel frustrated with the latest delay. I want to order this…
Any issues or is it all good?
Things just sometimes work out that way. A couple of months ago, I wound up cancelling my Grace SDAC Balanced and wound up going for the Enog 2 Pro.
It only worked one time. The second time I turn it on. The front power indicator light stays red and the amp will not turn on. I had the same problem when I order the 789. I contacted Massdrop and they told me to return it and they will send me a new one. When I did, they sent me a replacement. The replacement had the same issue. Massdrop then gave me my money back because they did not have any spares left. This the third THX amp I have gone now and they all have same problem.
Are you plugging it into the same outlet as before? Thats pretty crazy how many failed products you have. It’s like really bad luck.
I use the same power surge protector. I do not think that is the issue. I think they are making them to fast for quality control. I am not the only one with this issue.
So the 887 did the exact same thing?
