IME, I find the HD600 needs a tube amp or very special hybrid/ss amp to make it sing.
I am really impressed with the HD660’s jack of all trades thing. Lean sound, but impressive!

well, I really like my 599se, so going with the 6 family should be even better as they excel at what I like with the right DAC / Amp.

Time now for me to move on from Darkvoice. I really enjoyed this amp and learned a lot from it. But, it’s usefulness for me has run out, I’m afraid. I have some extra tubes too. Must ship to CONUS because this is specifically the 110V version.
