Yes I would wait for sure
Didn’t they just update it with their new usb connector?
That was the Bifrost.
This thread discusses the new Bifrost 2.
We have your bifrost 2 thread on here as well lol
I don’t keep track.

We have a ton of different threads that we talk about the bifrost 2 in though, it would be hard to get accurate readings lol
There’s an update coming…
With hearing issues finally fading I’m now having fun obsessing over electronics. My ideal would be a small footprint AIO with musicality that doesn’t hold back current DT 1990s or possible upgrade to Clear Pros or other neutral-FR, non-bottomless-pit power-hog. Dreams of AIO are fading (except maybe Astell&Kern KANN/Cube?). As mentioned above am leaning toward ADI-2 ($1900 incl. vat/tax in Canada) + RNHP ($750). Phonitors are also available here from Headphones.com with that enticing 365-day warranty. Also Cayin HA1a Mk2 and Naim DAC V1.
So here are some mysterious-to-me entries on the Canadian used gear site. Do any of them stand out as usurpers to the RNHP goodness throne? (All prices CDN.):
Violectric V200 $500, $650
Violectric V281 $1700
Violectric V220 $1200
Grace Design M902 $1000
VE Runabout 2 $700
Burson Fun V6 $350
Space-Tech Lab HA-2 $830
Little Dot 1 $150
Little Dot 3 $250
Little Dot 3 + extra tubes $360
WA7 Fireflies w extra tubes $785
Yamamoto Sound Craft Vacuum Tube HA-02 WE408A $740
Bryston BHA1 $1100
Bottlehead Crack Speedball + tubes $500
Felix Espressivo $540
Eddie Current Super 7 $1800
Questyle 600i $1200
(possible) Questyle 400i $800
Creek OBH21 $200
Nimbus US H4+ $5700
I also foresee them updating their Yggy and Gungnir next. It only makes sense.
Is that the Conductor 3? The upright capability is attractive.
Is the Hagerman a good compliment to the RNHP?
(I may have asked you already, so I apologize in advance if I have)
These stand out to me
The 3x is pretty nice, I would consider that as well (although slightly warmer leaning if that bothers you lol)
The Eddie Current’s don’t turn up used much, and at this point they are all highly desired.
A lot of people swear by the V281 as one of the best SS amps.
Yes in his case I was thinking the v281, super 7, and nimbus if he could squeeze it in lol would be the top picks for a totl headphone amp (within reason)
the Super7’s used to be pretty cheap, and that’s still a good price if it’s Canadian $.
Almost any of the other EC’s would be 2K+ US.
