Down the IEM rabbit hole I go.
A lot of people say this is rather shouty, but I kinda want some more 1-2khz to go with the 3khz peak. 
Stunning a $40 IEM can outperform my sub $200 cans in terms of detail. Next stop Blessing 2.

i’m turning 22 today so im going to buy either roon for a year or audirvana, a record shelf, and MAYBE a DT770 80ohm unless I can find something that can have the nice semi neutral but slight brightness boost of the grados but also with a notable bass boost like how my hipdac does it

K240 sextett is very good on tubes. The upper mids low treble can get rough on solid state amps at times depending on the recording.

Yeah I’m looking forward to having them on tubes as I am really liking how they sound on my Asgard 3, they didn’t sound quite as nice on the RNHP though.

I have the EL 2 stack, how do you think it sounds?
Cetron 7236. This tube needed to warm up before it sounded right. I was worried for the first few minutes. Now I understand why tube rollers like this one. But it might be too tight and controlled for my liking and not warm enough for some of my brighter cans. Growing on me.
