So for anyone be looking to get tygr pads you don’t need to order the tuning foam separately they ship with the foams. I made the mistake of buying 2 extra but they may come in handy

Damn that sure is end game pricing.
Today was a very Grado day for me.
I got the Plussound headband I ordered.
Right: Turbulent labs pebbled leather
Middle: Plussound vintage brown leather
Left: Stock Grado leather
Top: Stock Grado leather
Middle: Turbulent labs pebbled leather
Bottom: Plussound vintage brown leather
It looks, feels, and smells just like an old belt and I mean that in the best way. It’s a few mm wider and shorter than the stock headband and about as thick. It has no padding, but the leather is thick enough that I don’t feel the metal band inside (a problem I had with the SR80e vinyl headband). For $25 it’s a good enough option, especially if you want a special color or even pattern.
I also got a set of real L-cush pads. I’ll post my thoughts on how they sound in the SR80e and hemp threads.

Bought these a while back (2020 still) but they arrived today. Excited to try Vinil in the near future, especially with this two.

Been a good week. Finally got all my computer parts in so i could complete my first computer build. Very pleased with results coming from an Xbox One. Even though it’s a 1650 graphics card 
Also got an amp upgrade. Xi Audio Formula S. The Diana Phi has improved further, coming from a XI Audio Broadway. Essentially an improvement all around. Most noticeably detail,imaging,separation, and spacial recreation, pretty phenomenal.

Class D hybrid tube amp Dayton audio was curious to see how the tubes and Class D work together? I want to see if I get tube sound on my Klipsch rp-600m? We will see?

Bumping up my amp game a bit. Should have it by Saturday. Not a greatly discussed amp in the HFG community but it does come with a seal of approval from our resident sage, so I’m excited about this one.
