This is my main setup at home, its a bit cramped and filling up with more and more stuff. I don’t think it’s strictly endgame as this hobby is constantly changing and listening to / enjoying your music from new angles and viewpoints but this is rather the current state of my setup. I don’t have one particular headphone and amp that I use daily but instead have different systems that I use depending on what I am listening to and how I feel.
Ha, it’s a little complicated.
I live in Taipei, Taiwan, it’s easy to go to the headphone shops by 20-minute drive so I tend to buy the headphones that are not easy to have a chance to try. And the reviews on the internet convinced me to take a shot.
For the sounds and the uniqueness it’s total worth the price IMO.

On a spicy debate between “objectivists” and “subjectivists” (I claim membership to neither group, btw) on another forum I mixed up the two words. Sleep also the culprit.
I would suggest a R2R DAC next, since you does not seem to have one. Everything else from electrostats to tubes is covered
